Travel vlogs – Travelling the colorado mountains

Travel vlog #63 – Today started our first full day here in colorado. These vlogs have mainly been in southeast asia but we are in the usa for a few weeks and decided that the blog needed some mountain discovery, so we headed off to boulder colorado. It started with a quick coffee stop at an amazing vegan place called wonder. It is located on pearl street and has some pretty awesome healthy snacks! The weather today started really hot but then rained so we seeked shelter in a unusual smoothie raw vegan (Astrid was stoked) restaurant called thrive. Im still not 100% sure about it, but they bless your smoothies with crystals and Im not sure if it really works but I did have a enormous amount of energy for the rest of the day. We then started on a amazing hike through the boulder flatirons and enjoyed the amazing views it had to offer. Colorado is a beautiful state with many hikes and we are excited to see what tomorrow brings!!

How to Vlog? This is the question I asked myself as I started out the new year. I am always looking to be more creative and I decided that this year will be the year that I start a daily vlog. So sitback and step into my daily life.

Vlogging is totally new to me, but I hope to bring you on all my travels, adventures and all around exploring.

A little bit about myself:
I live in San Diego and love all things creative. I am a webmaster for work but do all sorts of things including design, photography and anything that involves using my hands or creativity.

My wife and I are avid rock climbers and love go to on adventures in our 88 Vanagon. We traveled to last year all around Mexico, China, Bali, Hawaii and throughout California and Neveda. I am hoping that 2016 will bring more excitement and more travels, so be sure to subscribe 🙂
